More involvement

There aren't that mamy young people who are Labour members, so for the ones that are, give them more opportunities to have their say on a bigger scale, giving the potential for them to meet MPs and Shadow Cabinet members to offer their ideas, so that they can say that they are involved and come back and get others to join too at a young age. If they're seen to be involved, it could encourage others to join too because it would be seen as though the party does value young people's opinions, so it is something that they can connect with. Plus events on a constituency level that involves everyone and perhaps constituencies they border.
